The
main upright handle is already full assembled.
The fold down table is shipped with a PVC covering
to protect the aluminum finish. You may wish to remove it after
assembly of your Shooting Stool, but removal is not necessary.
The PVC covering will continue to provide long term protection for
your table.
First place your bag on the two smaller stool
halves. Be sure you have the bag facing in the direction you want
before you proceed.
Next install a 2 1/2” bolt in either side of
the two halves. Be sure to install a 1/4” flat washer on the inside,
outside, and in between each of the tubing pieces on both sides.
Install a 1/4” Nylock on each bolt. Do not over tighten these bolts
as it will make the stool harder to collapse. The Nylocks will
keep the bolts from unscrewing. Tightness is not important.
Next install the aluminum axle through the holes
in the end of the stool halves. Put a 1/2” flat washer on the outside
of each tube. Then install the wheels. Next place a spring clip
on the end of the axle.
Locate the holes provided for mounting the long
handle. Place a 2 1/2” carriage bolt, with a special half round
washer through the tubing on either side. Next place the long top
handle under the tubing sides, allowing the carriage bolts to pass
through the holes provided. Put another special half round washer
on each bolt, and screw on a wing nut. Be sure that the square
of the carriage bolt fits into the square of the half round washer.
It is designed to keep the carriage bolt from turning when tightening
the wing nut.
That’s all there is to it! Now go and enjoy
your new S.S. Wheeled Stool. If there are any questions, or suggestions,
please feel free to call, or e-mail anytime.
Thanks for purchasing our product.
